Limited Lifetime Warranty
Stepwise Canes provide a full warranty against defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser of our Product for the lifetime of the product. If your Stepwise Cane fails due to a material or manufacturing defect we will repair it, or replace it at our sole discretion, without charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, negligence, accident, abuse, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Only original, unaltered and unmodified Products are covered by this policy. The Stepwise Cane warranty is available only to the original purchase, for the lifetime of the product and Stepwise Cane may require proof of purchase at the time of a warranty claim. With the exception of this express warranty, all Stepwise Cane Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Stepwise Cane and its parents, subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, (collectively, the “Stepwise Cane parties”) disclaim all implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular.
